Inspired by the phrase, “you are only as young as your spine is healthy,” Renay found her focus in teaching yoga. Motivated to help adults and seniors of all physical levels and abilities build strength, improve mobility and feel revitalized, Renay completed her 60 hour certified chair yoga teacher training to supplement her 200 hour certified yoga teacher training. Renay believes everyone could benefit from more movement and breath in one’s life.
