Saffron Murray

Saffron Murray is a RYT200 yoga teacher since May 2017.  Saffron thrives on giving back to her students and loves teaching yoga classes in her local area in Ireland.  In January 2018 she was asked to teach a chair yoga class for the Parkinson Association of Ireland.  And since then she has blossomed in a new path of life.  With her thirst for knowledge she successfully graduated as a Certified Chair Yoga Teacher and Gentle Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Vista Academy.  She now teaches to Senior Groups and in her local hospital where her wisest student is 100 years of age.  Saffron is eternally grateful to Sherry Zak Morris, Justine Shelton and all the amazing team in Yoga Vista Academy for sharing all their knowledge, course materials, encouragement and community spirit even though I live in a different continent.
