I love sharing health tips for the body, mind and spirit! I am so excited about teaching Chair Yoga to seniors and others with disabilities who just need encouragement that they can and will improve! I am a Chaplain for the city of Las Vegas and do whatever I can to help the community! I am also a Marriage Officiant, so I’ll marry you when you are ready!
