Sue Richard is originally from Ohio and currently lives in East Tennessee. She has been practicing yoga for 15 years and has been a certified instructor since 2018. Sue’s mother enjoyed yoga well into her 90’s and she inspired Sue to take the Yoga Alliance 200-hour training. Sue obtained her 200-hour teaching certificate through the Asheville (NC) Yoga Center and has completed additional training with certifications in Chair Yoga and Gentle Yoga through Yoga Vista Academy. She loves working with older adults and splits her yoga time between assisted living facilities, independent living facilities and the local YMCA.
