Yoga has been a big part of my life for 17 years and has brought much resilience, decrease of anxiety, depression and fear. My teaching is all about bringing calmness, peace, clarity, and pain relief through slow and articulate movements and to simply feel so much better. I’m a RYT with the Yoga Alliance after receiving my training from Peace Love and Yoga in Carlsbad, CA.
