I felt the “pull” towards yoga the first time I stepped on to my mat. “This” is where I belong. As I noticed improvements within myself both mental and physical, I wanted to be able to teach this to children, so they had the tools and the benefits of yoga from an early age. I was fortunate to become an instructor at the time Yoga was growing in the Western culture and wanted to learn more and have the knowledge to share the gift of yoga to all, yoga is inclusive!! Chair yoga offers motion of the body and of the mind to those who find themselves in a place in life right where they are. I am so grateful for Yoga Vista’s Academy, providing a means for all to become active participants in their life. Yoga is a way of life. Namaste!!
