I have always been a runner. After I turned 40, I decided I needed to balance running with the practice of yoga. Not only did I reap the benefits it has on the body but also the mind and soul. I loved it so much I wanted inspire others through the practice of yoga. I received my 200RYT certification from my wonderful teacher, Othene Munson, in November of 2016.I teach to a small group of women in my home studio. I love the small class size so I can see how everyone is doing in their practice and make adjustments when necessary. Now that I have received my chair yoga certification, I can continue to inspire others through the practice of yoga.
