Graduate of University of Chicago and social work professional specializing in parent education, youth development, program management, and community development. My non-profit, TheNYACafe,  a pop-up parent café using common sense solutions to connect with children, AWP (A Woman’s Place), mobile yoga practice specializing in chair and senior yoga.  Im passionate about teaching yoga with an earnest desire to share the benefits with students.  Other interests include reading, calligraphy and event planning.
